1. Create a plan of action to integrate the six evidence-based clinical practice recommendations from the Guidelines Implementation Panel Report.
2. Discuss possible strategies to increase patient utilization of asthma action plans.
3. Coordinate confirmation of asthma diagnosis for patients with difficult-to-treat asthma, including thorough review of barriers to treatment adherence.
4. Identify targeted treatment options for patients with severe asthma.
