1. Identify symptoms or behaviors that may alert the family physician to the need for target ASD screening.
2. Compare and contrast evidence-based ASD screening tools.
3. Perform ASD screening to identify the need for subspecialty referral.
4. Counsel parents and family members on effective management strategies including immersive behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, medical management and CAM therapies.
