Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:

1. Utilize appropriate diagnostic criteria (DMS-5) to evaluate and screen patients for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
2. Develop appropriate management strategies for patients with treatment resistant depression and anxiety.
3. Compare and contrast pharmacologic treatment options and criteria for drug selection (including current REMS) for patients with depression and anxiety.
