1. Explain the options for skin biopsy including shave, punch, ellipse and incisional biopsies.
2. Recognize how to choose the best biopsy type for the lesion depending upon the lesion type and its expected depth.
3. Perform shave biopsy, punch biopsy and elliptical excision upon indication.
4. Perform closure using appropriate suture techniques for best closure of wounds.
