1. Evaluate common prescribing errors in the elderly.
2. Develop an approach for safe drug prescribing and monitoring in the elderly.
3. Consider the application of the Beers and START/STOPP criteria for prescription of benzodiazepines and similar high-risk medications in the elderly patient population. 
4. Identify alternative treatments for treating insomnia and anxiety in older adults.
