Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:

1. Identify patients at high risk for HCV infection, and employ screening guidelines. 
2. Evaluate patients who screen positive for HCV for appropriate treatment strategy and plan for disease surveillance.
3. Deliver appropriate secondary prevention services to patients with HCV, and those at risk.
4. Employ evidence-based treatment plans to eligible patients.
