Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:

1. Apply AAFP and CDC HPV recommended vaccination schedule during routine office visits.
2. Advise patients on the safety and efficacy of the HPV vaccine, particularly in adolescents.
3. Apply AAFP and USPSTF recommendations for screening for cervical cancer during routine office visits.
4. Use evidence-based recommendations to evaluate women who have abnormal Pap test results to determine appropriate treatment or referral.
