1. Use evidence-based recommendations and guidelines in the evaluation of patients to confirm the diagnosis of suspected ectopic pregnancy.
2. Evaluate the patient with preeclampsia and identify when delivery should be initiated. 
3. Compare the indications and evidence based recommendations for operative vaginal birth.
4. Explain proper management of postpartum hemorrhage in the emergency room setting.
