Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:

1. Educate patients on the use of a pain journal to aid in the diagnosis of pelvic pain.

2. Assess training needs related to imaging studies and procedures necessary to narrow the differential diagnosis of pelvic pain.

3. Prescribe appropriate medications to manage the pain of endometriosis.

4. Screen patients with pelvic pain for PID and prescribe appropriate treatment.
