Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:

1. Differentiate evidence-based pharmacologic treatment options recommended for use in pediatric, adult, and older adult patients (> 50)
2. Develop an individualized plan of care, involving shared decision-making, that includes monitoring for potential adverse events and overall efficacy of therapy.
3. Discuss potential barriers to therapy adherence with patients and families to identify strategies to aid in successful treatment.
4. Educate patients on the evidence surrounding efficacy and safety of herbal therapies in the management of ADHD symptoms.
