2. Differentiate the application of the following documents: Advance Directives, Do Not Resuscitate Orders (in-hospital and out-of-hospital), Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, POLST/MOLST.
3. Identify resources for state and local regulations regarding the use of these documents.
4. Document patient and family conversations regarding withdrawing and withholding life support.
